Now that the Covid-19 (coronavirus) infection has been declared a public health emergency of international concern by the World Health Organisation, we are keen to reassure our clients that we have plans in place to help you and your students in the academic years 2019/20 and 2020/21.
We want to help by offering existing clients the following:
1. If you have announcements to make to future students about the effect of the health crisis on application cycles or anything else linked to postgraduate studies in 2020, we will waive our usual website-based news story fees for existing clients and help promote your message to our domestic and international student users on Postgrad.com and LLMstudy.com. Please contact our Managing Editor with relevant announcements.
2. We understand that many of you will be rescheduling planned open days or replacing these with virtual events. Please contact our Managing Editor about any changes to your open day schedule so we can update your events on our websites free of charge for existing clients.
3. If you've already booked a face-to-face meeting with a member of our team and would like to change this to a Skype call please contact Rob Houghton or your account manager and we can arrange for this to happen.
4. To protect the health and safety of our own staff – as well as the more vulnerable members of the community – and in accordance with the latest UK Government guidelines with regards to the Coronavirus situation, all staff at Postgrad Solutions have now been set up to work from home. Throughout this period of time we will remain fully operational and ensure that our unrivalled customer service remains at the core of everything we do.
5. We will continue to keep our websites, Postgrad.com and LLMstudy.com, updated with the information provided by the UK Government and NHS sources to ensure that all prospective postgraduate students are kept well informed about the situation as events unfold.
