The nitty gritty
Postgrad insights are the ideal way to engage a live audience of prospective students from around the world. It’s widely known that an individual can influence the decision of a student in a brief conversation. Postgrad Insights puts you in the same situation without the huge amount of resources required to achieve a successful in-person event.
PRE EVENT For each webinar a dedicated in-house marketing manager spends time marketing your Postgrad Insights event across Postgrad.com, our social media platforms and to our student database to ensure that each event has a strong number of relevant attendees. One week before your webinar, our host will be in contact to provide a straightforward run through of the event’s schedule and the administrative requirements.
THE EVENT On the day of the webinar our in-house postgraduate host will take full responsibility for hosting and all technical requirements. Following the host’s introduction, you will be provided with a 30-minute timeslot to showcase your institution – academic experts presenting at previous Postgrad Insights include Provosts, Heads of International Student Recruitment, Postgraduate Program Professors and Career Development Managers. The client’s presentation is followed by a live Q&A session run by our host using student questions posted throughout the event.
POST EVENT: After the event we roll out a final marketing campaign to encourage further on-demand viewing of the recorded Postgrad Insights session. Finally, data generated from the Postgrad insights session will be sent to you for your own marketing purposes whilst adhering to our strict GDPR policy.s.

Postgrad Insights festivals
What is a Postgrad Insights Festival?
In October 2021 we launched our first ever Postgrad Festival – a weeklong online event featuring specialist institutions from around the United Kingdom. This event marked the beginning of a brand new marketing initiative, and since then we have hosted several Postgrad Insights Festivals – each with a separate theme.
In 2023, we hosted three festivals.
