UCAS – Universities and Colleges Admissions Service – is well known as being the centralised service that students use to apply to university in the UK at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. But did you know that UCAS also operate a world class data division for both undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the UK and Ireland, too? PG data is now a core part of their business and their course details are updated every night.
Our postgraduate course database has been managed by market-leading PG data providers UCAS for more than 13 years. This means that our clients get the benefit of UCAS’s high tech customer friendly Data Collection Tool and support team, not to mention guaranteed accuracy. We have been continuously impressed with UCAS’s dedication to helping each HEI make their data provision process run as smoothly as possible – not to mention their excellent customer support systems, and we are delighted to maintain this relationship.
We are very keen to maintain 100% accuracy, so if you are a UK or Irish higher education institution and you find that one of your courses is missing or there is an inaccuracy of a course listing, follow our three-step plan to ensure your details are updated within a maximum of 72 hours (although it often take less time that this!).
1) Contact UCAS using the details below, and copy us in too if you’d like to so we can help track your query.
2) UCAS will make the amend on their system.
3) Once the amend is live on the UCAS system it will automatically be pulled through to our system within 24 hours of going live, and will then start showing the updated information on our websites.
To make any changes to your institution’s data on the PG course database – which covers the courses that appear under the course search, the allocation of courses to the institution’s various departments, and the institution/department’s contact details – please go to https://digital.ucas.com/search/dashboard. You will need your email address and password to update your data online.
